Purpose of the Longhorn Handball Endowment

1. Ensure that handball is taught as a 1-hour credit course in the Division of Physical Education, Department of Kinesiology and Health Education, as we do now.

2. Sponsor handball clinics and exhibitions by national and world ranked players.

3. Host handball tournaments suck as the Austin City Singles, Texas State Championships, Longhorn Classic, Southwest Championships, Austin City Doubles, the Women's Classic, and other National Championship tournaments.

4. Sponsor a competitive UT Handball Team by providing entry fees, travel expenses and equipment to team members.

5. Help UT players continue their involvement in the Perfect Game by maintaining a database of email addresses and putting them in touch with local players after they graduate and move out of the Austin area.
